site and tenancy
assessments
Considering the potential of a site for a retail or hospitality venture? We can visit the site and provide advise / considerations from an interior design perspective. This is valuable early on in the process, as we may be able to highlight areas that may result in additional costs, or that may even save you costs (for example, re-using elements from an existing fitout) We can also measure up and photograph the site, compiling all information required to begin the design process.
concept design
Key to our concept design process – we listen. That is where we start – we listen to any ideas / inspiration / requirements you have, and from there we create concepts that consider all of these aspects. We produce interior design concepts that are unique / on trend and to your brief.
materials and specification
As part of the concept design process, we will also include specification of finishes & materials that are considerate of your budget and requirements. FF&E ( furniture / fixtures / equipment) specification, dependant on the project, can also be included in the process as required.
interior design documentation
Once the conceptual design process has been completed and confirmed, we produce detailed documentation drawings, suitable for shopfitter / builder pricing, and submission to relevant authorities (council / shopping centres) for approval.
fit-out tendering
We can also submit the drawings for tender & recommend reputable shopfitters prior to your build, ensuring a simple and seamless design process from start to finish.
